A General Plan Ammendment Screening request for CHAPEL WAY SCHOOL GPA (PLN2021-00410) was approved by the City Council. Request was for Public Facility to Residential-Urban "to facilitate the establishment of two private schools and to allow future housing."
The council warned applicant to heed council's comments on high-density, traffic, etc. in their formal application.

90 residential units in a 4-story building on 2 acres

Requires the General Plan Land Use Designation be changed from Public Facility to Medium-Residential

No schools offered as originally proposed

Claiming Density Bonus of 50% because 15% of the units will be for Very-Low Income households
