The Fremont Blvd Condos development proposed by The Grupe Company is located at 34621 & 34615 Fremont Blvd. It is in the North Fremont Community Plan Area. This is at Caribbean Common just up Fremont Blvd. from Beachwood Townhomes.

Fremont Blvd Condos is an "In-fill Development Project" as defined in CEQA Categorical Exemptions. See explanation on Process page.

  • 12 condominiums - 4 townhouses and 4 two-unit stacked-flats** - on 0.58 acres
  • The townhouses have three bedrooms with an optional fourth bedroom on the first floor
  • The stacked-flats have two bedrooms
  • Each condominium will have a side-by-side or tandem 2-car garage
  • 6 on-site uncovered parking spaces
  • A historic evaluation determined the two old homes were not historically significant and they will be removed
  • ** Townhouse-style stacked-flats with one unit having a tandem two-car garage and living space on the second floor and the other unit having a side-by-side two-car garage and living space on the third floor.
