  • Phase 1B: Mixed-use 7-story building with 314 apartments above 15,170 sq. ft. retail
  • The Phase 1B building would replace current CVS and Staples building and part of the parking lot
  • A 0.75-acre public plaza open space at extension of Capitol Ave
  • This is within the City Center Urban Neighborhood Zone
  • This is a project by KIMCO which is the current owner of the Hub
