The Thornton Ave Mixed-use development proposed by George Realty, LLC is located at the corner of Thornton Ave. and Post St. next to Carl's Jr. and near Dale's Hardware. It is in the Centerville Community Plan Area.

  • Commercial space and garage parking is on the ground level
  • Additional uncovered parking is on site
  • 21 one-bedroom and 33 two-bedroom units
